How to Measuring Yourself
For the most part, measure your body rather than over shirts or slacks.
Sleeve — Bend arm 90 degrees and place hand on hip. Then start at the middle of the back of
neck and measure across the shoulder, down the elbow, then down to the wrist.
Waist — Find the natural crease of waist by bending to one side. Measure at this point. (Keep
tape parallel with floor and comfortably around waist.)
Hip — Stand with heels together, while measuring around fullest part of hips.
Inseam — From the highest point on the inside of the leg, measure to the ankle.
